No, I think that the website is giving the computer the link and telling it to follow it rather than pulling data from the link and sending it to your computer.

Basically, it's the same as when instead of an advertisement, a site shows the CSSD outbound filter sign.


Although, in this case, it doesn't show the filter warning, so it may be that the school computers don't have something installed. Or it could be Windows's fault.
